RegionsWhat is an NFRL Region? The NFRL is organised into a network of 12 Regions which mirror the government housing regions. In our regions we have both branches of full members run by a local committee of volunteers, and independent landlord associations which are affiliated to the NFRL.
Members of affiliated associations do not have direct access to all of the NFRL full membership benefits (for example, the helpline), as their own association will already be providing a range of services. It is our aim that in each Region a `Regional Assembly' will be formed of all the Branch and Association Chairs. This Assembly will meet to discuss the members' issues in the region and to present the issues to the relevant government housing region. Our 12 regions are listed below. If you cannot find a branch or association in your local area, you will still be very much welcomed as a member. Once we have sufficient members in your area, we will set up a branch. The more private landlords we can bring on board locally the more influence we will have to protect your interests in your local area. To do this we rely on our team of volunteers to organise local meetings and maintain local interest. We are always extremely grateful for assistance at whatever level you feel able to offer.
