How can NFRL help if I have a specific tenancy problem?
Members can call the Helpline for just the cost of a call on Monday - Friday to speak to an experienced landlord with a sympathetic ear! For all the most common tenancy problems, they will be able talk to you and give you easy to follow, practical advice.
As part of the Helpline Service we offer one free 15 minute telephone surgery on any given topic from members on our expert panel. Advice is available on specific tax, leasehold/freehold and legal issues.
If you are not a member, but you have an urgent problem, please call us on 0845 456 9313 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Staff can join you up immediately and put you straight through to the helpline. Find out more about membership.
