Tenancy Deposit Regulation
Did you know?
Since 6 April 2007, tenants' deposits have been regulated and from that date all landlords taking tenancy deposits have had to join a Tenancy Deposit Scheme and provide tenants with details of the scheme in the form of 'prescribed' information. This applies to all Assured Shorthold Tenancies set up after 6th April 2007.
